History

The museum example was made in 1910. It was last used by a cotton waste flock factory in Eskilstuna. The factory was in Svista on the outskirts of Eskilstuna by the E20 motorway to Stockholm. Old clothing and miscellaneous textiles were shredded into cotton waste and used to stuff mattresses, cushions and furniture, amongst other things. The museum is actively seeking a cotton waste flocking machine. An engine of the same model but type DA 18, with an output of 20 hp, was also used in the 1916 model of this tractor. The 1915 road roller has this type of engine, but designated DA24.
